SpecCalc Hub

Terms of Use

Last updated: June 20, 2026. Legal version: v1.5.0. Read this version together with the current public product behavior, calculator limitations, digital-delivery wording, and any active payment or analytics controls visible on the site.

SpecCalc Hub publishes public calculators, references, guides and downloadable planning materials to help users understand formulas, assumptions and early-stage technical decisions. The site is intentionally transparent about what the page is doing, but that transparency does not convert the output into a certified engineering deliverable.

By using the site, you agree that the service is for informational and planning purposes only. The platform does not provide licensed engineering services, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, contractor services, inspection approval, permit-ready documentation or official code-compliance certification.

These terms apply to public browsing, calculator use, downloads, PDF generation, external-link access and any later digital content made available through the same product identity.

User responsibility and verification

You remain responsible for checking that the entered values, units, assumptions and interpretation match the actual equipment, site conditions and jurisdiction where the result may be used. A clean-looking result can still be wrong if the source inputs are incomplete, scaled incorrectly or taken from the wrong datasheet revision.

Before using any output for procurement, installation, energization, budgeting, project approval, safety review or operational decision-making, verify the result against current manufacturer documentation, measured site conditions, qualified professional review and applicable local rules.

This is especially important for cable sizing, voltage drop, grounding, short-circuit, protective-device or power-quality questions, where the result may be sensitive to installation method, ambient temperature, harmonics, enclosure conditions, grouping, duty cycle or code tables that are outside the simplified public model.

Acceptable use and misuse of outputs

You must not present SpecCalc Hub outputs as certified engineering work, remove or hide disclaimers from generated reports, or imply that a public page provides installation approval, inspection acceptance or final design authority.

You must not use the service for unlawful activity, credential abuse, scraping that violates site policy, intentional disruption, reverse engineering of protected operational secrets, or redistribution of outputs in a misleading way that harms downstream users.

If you adapt a public result into your own worksheet, tender pack or planning memo, you remain responsible for clearly labeling the adapted material as your own working document and for preserving the site’s original limitations where they remain relevant.

Third-party services, links and payment context

The public product may link to third-party resources such as standards overviews, vendor documentation, analytics infrastructure, payment providers or partner sites. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy rules, uptime and pricing, and they are not under the operational control of SpecCalc Hub.

Where a local payment demand-test or future digital checkout is referenced, the payment provider, settlement account, receipt workflow and tax treatment remain subject to the owner’s separate business setup and the provider’s own operating terms.

A third-party payment link, static QR, embedded video or linked external page must not be interpreted as a warranty that the external service is always available, approved for your jurisdiction or suitable for your specific business or compliance process.

Liability, no professional relationship and contact

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpecCalc Hub excludes liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or purely economic losses arising from use of the site, interruption of service, reliance on a calculation, misunderstanding of a reference page or use of a modified export outside its original context.

If liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount actually paid for the specific digital product involved during the prior twelve months or USD 10. This limit applies only to the extent the law allows it.

Use of the site does not create an engineer-client, consultant-client, advisor-client or contractor-client relationship. Legal questions may be sent to legal@speccalchub.com, general product questions to contact@speccalchub.com. Public business country disclosure: Uzbekistan.
